I got a new snow blower for Christmas, so I posted my old non-running 2-stroke Tor o for $30, just to get it out of my garage. My phone pretty much blew up after I listed it. The first person to show up was a former student! He graduated high school last year, and is flipping snow blowers, mowers, and mopeds to pull some cash together before he goes to college next year. I could’ve gotten more out of other buyers, but I’m happy that a student got it and can make some money off of it.

If you need any help prepping the Helix to sell it I’m in! I’ll even bring the Goldwing over if it isn’t too salty out. For whatever reason I really like the rush of selling a motorcycle. lol
Side note: I’ve now spotted four easily repairable Goldwings for sale for well under a stack. Thankfully the motorcycle bug hasn’t hit me like the smart bug and I don’t want multiples of the same model of bike.

I appreciate the offer. It’s still at my buddy’s house getting the mechanicals sorted. I’ll let you know when I bring it back to put the body back together and prep it for sale.

Oh wow, that speed issue still hasn’t been figured out? :O I’m relatively happy that my issue boils down to not riding it enough. I’ve always been told to never drive a thing unless you allow it to warm up, however I’ve never encountered an issue doing it. I suppose the difference being with my smart I pretty much redline it whenever possible and thus it does get a good workout. Oof, lesson learned!
Oh and don’t worry, by spring even roughed up Goldwings will be going for like $1,500. I can’t even seem to sell the Ruck clone for half the price I paid for it even though it’s actually running! lol

When I dropped it off, we targeted it being ready by spring. There’s no point in selling it until then. It will be at least next fall/winter before I buy a motorcycle.
